Back In Max

OK so aside from having to do this for an application process for a job, I’ve recently been playing around in 3DS Max again – its been a long time but I really want to get back into doing the whole ‘Steam Workshop’ think and start making assets for game engines again. However, this isn’t me moving myself solely into the gaming industry (I wouldn’t mind!) But its good for both game and film workflow and in order to make the details for a low poly mesh, you usually extract those details from a higher resolution mesh anyway so youre not only doing what you were going to do anyway but you’re THEN learning and practicing how to optimize – Would recommend that for anyone exploring working pipelines.
Anyway, most Gaming companies use Max as standard, not Maya so thought it’d make sense to get back into it a bit – Its so different now! (Better!)
